When you submit a contact inquiry, you provide your full name, email address, area of interest, and any message you choose to include. Company name is optional. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the subject you selected.

A demo request may also include your company name and meeting preferences. If you follow a link to a booking service, review the privacy information provided there before submitting your details.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a demo does not, by itself, subscribe you to our newsletter. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential business information in a contact form.

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send news about Dynamic Experts, our experts, courses, and product updates. Full name and company name are optional; you can submit a request with your email address alone. While email delivery is being set up, we may save that request in our contact database for later transfer to the mailing list.

An email-only request does not depend on later providing a name or company. Entering an address into a field without submitting the form does not save a request or subscribe you.

If you join a product waitlist, we use the details you submit to send the availability and launch updates described on that signup form. We use an email delivery service to manage these signups and send messages on our behalf.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, or contact privacy@dynamicexperts.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service or account messages.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence and large language models to provide advisory services. Your conversations are processed by AI models to generate responses.

Important: Do not share sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, financial account details, or confidential business information) during conversations with our AI advisors.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls limiting who can access your data
• Secure data centers with physical security measures

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may exchange text messages with your Dynamic Experts Assistant for customer support and conversational assistance. We collect your mobile number, the content of your messages, and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) to provide and improve this service.

• We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared for marketing.
• Message frequency varies by your activity—typically up to 10 messages per conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
